What I do: I work with insurers, brokers and MGAs to transform their business models using a structured, risk-based and governance-led approach.

• Post M&A integration planning
• Delegated Authority distribution capability
• Set-up of new legal and regulatory entities
• Process management
• Offshoring and outsourcing
Who I work with: Over the last 15 years I have worked with brokers such as Howden Group and Miller Insurance Services and carriers like AGCS, Liberty Mutual, Scor, QBE, AXIS Capital, Domestic & General and Travelers.
Associate Partnerships: I am an Associate Partner at Forbes Project Solutions, with whom I collaborate on an ongoing basis to support their London Market insurance portfolio. I also partner with the change specialists at Uuna on their M&A integration opportunities.
Where I do it: While most of my work is concentrated within EC3, I have delivered assignments in several overseas branches in Paris, Munich, Madrid, Milan, Chicago, Johannesburg and Hong Kong.
