DELIVERING TRANSFORMATION IN THE LONDON INSURANCE MARKET

What I do: I work with insurers, brokers, MGAs and 3rd party vendors to transform their business. 

Who I work with: Over the last 15 years I have worked with brokers such as Howden Group and Miller Insurance Services and carriers/MGAs like DUAL, AGCS, Liberty Mutual, Scor, QBE, AXIS Capital, Domestic & General and Travelers. I have just completed an assignment with DXC Technology so I now add London Market vendor to that list! 

Engagements - I have delivered initiatives relating to:

  · PAS implementation & data migration

· Target Operating Model development

· Process Management & improvement (including Lloyd's)

· 1st and 2nd line risk management & controls

· Post M&A operations integration

· Set-up of new legal & regulatory entities

• Test execution and delivery (Business Objects and Blueprint 2)

My approach: I have a highly structured, risk-based and governance-led approach. Data, metrics and reporting are key to my love of transparency! 

Where I do it: While most of my work is concentrated within EC3, I have delivered assignments in several overseas branches in Paris, Munich, Madrid, Milan, Chicago, Johannesburg and Hong Kong.
